These are the full Terms and Conditions for use of the Support Solutions (Personnel) Limited and Hunter Maxwell Associates (Recruitment) Limited websites.

Support Solutions (Personnel) Limited and Hunter Maxwell Associates (Recruitment) Limited (“SSP”, “HMA”, “we”, “us”, “the Group”) facilitates you access to any individual (and group) website(s) together (the “Site”) to assist you with all stages of the recruitment process. 

You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before prior using any Site and satisfy yourself that you understand them before proceeding. The use of any Site indicates that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions,  irrespective of whether you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Site.

Where we introduce any candidate by either telephone, postal mail or electronic mail (or by any other means) any candidate for a temporary assignment or employment with our hiring clients and any and all such introductions shall be subject to our standard Terms of Business as applicable. We will provide all of our hiring clients with a copy of the standard Terms of Business that are relevant to them at the point of instructing us or following any instruction. These terms, for use of the Site are additional to and not in substitution for our standard Terms of Business, for any given instruction.  Separately, candidates seeking work as temporary workers will be required to sign our standard Terms of Business for the relevant assignment, which are additional to these Terms and Conditions.

Your use of the Site

Unless we indicate otherwise, you may access most areas of the Site without registering your details with us. Certain areas of the site are only open to you if you register by accessing that part of the Site. Where you do so, you shall be deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should immediately leave and exit the Site immediately.

You agree that in you will not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

  • The posting or transmission any or all material for which you have not obtained all prior and necessary permissions, licences and/or relevant authority or approval.
  • To post or transmit on the Site inaccurate, incomplete or false information (including in the case of candidates, personal and biographical information and/or information relating to your ability to work in the United Kingdom or elsewhere)
  • To post or transmit on the Site any defamatory, libellous, abusive, malicious, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or information
  • To post or transmit on the Site any material which contains or facilitates any virus or other disabling mechanism or device which interferes or has the capacity to interfere with the operation of the Site; or which changes, alters or deletes any information which you have no authority to change, alter or delete; or which overloads the Site by spamming, flooding or otherwise incapacitates it
  • To use any device, routine, process or software to crash, delay, or otherwise damage or otherwise incapacitate the operation of the Site
  • To engage in any behaviour, conduct or action that affects the Group’s reputation or standing, or that defames, abuses, harasses, coerces or otherwise threatens or intimidates others;
  • To engage, or assist, in behaviour that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise contravene the law of England and Wales.


We shall have absolute discretion to evaluate and determine your compliance with the above and shall have the right to prevent you from using the Site and/or to delete from the Site immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason. Where appropriate, we shall co-operate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of the above.
Given the immediate nature of the usage of the Site by various parties in their capacity as employers or candidates, or other users, neither ‘cooling off’ or ‘cancellation rights’ apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Links to or from other websites

This Site has links to external websites and as such, you may be offered a number of automatic links to other sites, which you may choose to access. We accept no responsibility for or liability in respect of the content of those third party and external sites. We do not review or approve any such sites and do have no control or responsibility for such sites and content. We do not warrant or make any representation that any links to such sites work or are up to date. We do not endorse, vouch for or make any representations about any external sites, the use of which, you accept, is entirely at your own risk. Any third parties wishing to link to our Site may do so provided links are to the home page only of the Site and provided we are notified in advance by email at hello@supportsolutionspersonnel.co.uk or hello@huntermaxwellassociates.co.uk as the case may be. We fully reserve our right to refuse to allow third parties to link to our Site and shall not be required to give any explanation, or justification, for such refusal, or for withdrawal of previously granted permission.

Your security and passwords

On initially registering with this site and when subsequently logging in, a username and password will be necessary. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, which you should keep confidential at all times and not disclosed to any third party. You agree that you will notify us immediately if you believe that your password has come gotten into the possession of any third party, or has been used or attempted to be used, in any unauthorized way. Collection of Aggregate information

We may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors and/or user to/of this Site, which may include the information supplied by you which will help us to understand our visitors/users, which may assist us in improving our recruitment process and service. We will not disclose individual names or identifying information. All data will be in aggregate form only. We believe this information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually develop and improve services which we offer, online or otherwise. We may, at our absolute discretion, share this kind of aggregate data with selected third parties to assist with these purposes.  Personal data is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is contained on this site.

Intellectual property rights

Unless we state otherwise, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Site (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us, or third parties that have licenced the use thereof, to us. You may not download copy or print any of the pages of the Site except for your own personal use, and provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. No copying or distribution for any business or commercial use is allowed. No framing, harvesting, “scraping” or other manipulation of the content of the Site is permitted. The Terms and Conditions of this site, maybe amended and superseded at any time, by the posting of amended Terms and Conditions. Termination of your use of this Site

We may at our absolute discretion deny you permission and/or access to this Site (which may include any of information or services that maybe accessible via it) or any part of it, at any time, without explanation to you or justification.

Liability and Disclaimer

The information contained on this Site, which may include salary information, industry trends and surveys, are provided in good faith and we use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that any such information or data is accurate. We do not however, represent or warrant as to the accuracy of any such information or data. Any liability to you or any third party, for any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, is hereby excluded.


No liability is accepted by us for any loss or damage which may arise out of you, or any third party’s use of any information on this Site. We do not represent, warrant or guarantee that any employer, hirer or client will ask for a candidate’s information, or will interview or hire a candidate, or that any candidates will be available or will meet the needs of any employer or client.  We make no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site.   Whilst we will take reasonable endeavours to ensure it is the case, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that any employer, hirer or client will keep confidential any candidate information or data provided to them, or comply with their data protection obligations.


If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidly shall not affect the validly of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Your use of the Site and information copied or downloaded from it, via any media and the operation of these terms and conditions, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the use of this website.
